Jared is a visionary executive with over 28 years of experience in strategic planning, process improvement and organization leadership in government, public and nonprofit institutions.

Jared is a retired Coast Guard Officer, with over 22 years of honorable service, in multiple campaigns overseas and abroad. After his military retirement in 2016, Jared spent four and ½ years as the Chief Operations Officer (COO) of 360 Medical Billing Solutions in OKC.​ Recently, Jared served three and ½ years as the President and CEO of Jesus House, Inc in Oklahoma City.

Mr. Frazier received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice from Ashford University, a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Columbia Southern University and a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certificate from Villanova University. Jared and his wife Amy live in Edmond, Oklahoma with their Beagle Howard, and are life-long Oklahoma Sooners fans.
